Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of TCD Bot (Discord bot and web dashboard) provided by Andre Dingfelder (“Provider”). By using the service you agree to these terms.
1. Provider and scope
Provider: Andre Dingfelder, Enheim 104, 97340 Martinsheim, Bayern, Deutschland.

TCD Bot is intended for Discord server operators and authorized staff (organizational use).
2. Service
TCD Bot provides modular Discord tools (tickets, moderation, automod, engagement, billing, etc.). Features depend on plan and configuration.
The Provider may improve, limit, or replace features if the contractual purpose is not unreasonably impaired.
3. Requirements
You need a Discord account, a properly invited bot with required permissions, and sufficient rights on the guild.
You are responsible for lawful use on your server, including Discord rules and informing members where required.
4. Plans, trial, soft-lock
Free, Medium, and Pro plans differ in modules and limits. A limited Pro trial may be offered without payment details.
On downgrade or payment issues, modules may be soft-locked; settings are usually kept but may become unusable.
5. Fees and payment
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Prices shown at checkout/dashboard apply.
The Provider operates under the German small-business VAT scheme (§ 19 UStG) where applicable.
Subscriptions renew until cancelled via Stripe Customer Portal or the provided cancellation flow.
6. Customer obligations
Abuse, unlawful use, security circumvention, spam, harassment, or Discord Terms violations are prohibited.
Protect sessions/access and assign dashboard permissions carefully.
7. Availability
The service is operated with reasonable care. Continuous availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance and outages (Discord/Stripe/hosting/force majeure) may affect use.
8. Liability
Unlimited liability applies for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health.
For slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual duties and foreseeable typical damages.
The Provider is not responsible for user-generated Discord content or server-team decisions.
9. Privacy
See the Privacy Policy at /privacy.
10. Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN CISG.
If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays in force.
